- Yogurt – 1/2 Cup

- Green Chilli – 1 (Chopped)
- Curry Leaves – 5 Nos

Steps To Make Avial With Coconut Oil :
Avial is one of the mixed vegetable recipies which can be prepared with much ease when you have all the ingredients ready. Don't forget to clean the sliced vegetable mixture in lukewarm water and make them adulterant-free.
Step 1: Take a shallow pan and pour 3 cups of water or less in such a way to make a thick gravy. Keep the stove on medium flame and add the sliced vegetables, 2 curry leaves, cumin seeds, and salt to the taste. Let it cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 2: Then, add grated coconut, dried chilli, chopped green chilli, and turmeric powder to the boiling mixture and allow it to cook from 5 to 8 minutes.
Step 3: Now, minimize the flame to lower level and add the yogurt while letting it boil gently.
Step 4: Finally, add the AAC Coconut oil and the remaining curry leaves to enhance the taste and aroma of the dish.Avial with Coconut Oil delicacy is ready! It is recommended to mix the avial well and serve hot along with steamed rice.
